Cold pressed within 24 hours since harvesting using the Alphalevel or Pieralisi system from olives of varieties "frantoio", "leccino", "moraiolo" and "pendolino". Very intense green colour. Fresh, intense and fuity smell with notes of artichoke. Taste is predominantly fruity, albeit sapid and pleasantly spicy.

Available in bottles by 0,25l, 0,5l, 3l and 5l.
